In collaboration with Imperial County’s Department of Probation, Rite Track’s WISE program provides an array of services such as mentoring, tracking, and counseling interventions, all of which are demonstrated through educational and vocational training, job skills and family systems.

Services available through the WISE program include:

  • Individualized Service Plans
  • Participant Liaison and Advocate
  • Mentoring & Tracking Services
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: Seeking Safety and Thinking for a Change
  • Work Readiness Workshop: RISE UP
  • Three-year Customer Service and Retail Accreditation through RISE UP
  • Work Experience
  • Supportive Services
  • Linkage to Community Resources

Who is Qualified?

Services are available for vulnerable youth (male and female) between the ages of 13 and 18 who may have come in contact with law enforcement and/or display at-risk behaviors who reside in EL Centro, Imperial, Calexico, Seeley, Westmorland, Holtville or Brawley.

How Much Does it Cost?

Rite Track’s WISE program is FREE for all qualifying candidates.

Where Do I Sign Up?

Rite Track’s WISE program collects all referrals through its community-based partners, including, but not limited to: Local Schools, Department of Probation, Police Department, and DCFS.
